The Process Engineer for the Material Handling System (MHS) will be part of a specialized team within the Site Services group responsible for the smooth operation of the AGV-system handling all material transports within the whole Gillette manufacturing plant. The Process Engineer MHS will report to the department leader. The focus of this role will be projects for the optimization of the Material Handling System and the solution of obsolescence topics with a holistic approach on all material transports in the factory and the objective to make the system ready for an unattended operation.This role will have a significant impact on the future manufacturing operation by enabling a smooth and seamless material transport between all areas of the plant and thus further enhance our our unattended manufacturing operations. Job QualificationsYOUR PROFILEBachelor or master degree within a technical field (preferably Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology or Mechatronics)Demonstrated technical masterySome practical experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environmentPreferably experience and special interest in material handling systemsExperience in project management and financial planning of projectsStrong communication skills, assertiveness, teamwork, and leadership skillsInitiative, flexibility, and ability to coordinate. Very good German (minimum C1, ideally fluent or native) and solid English language skills.
