Responsibilities
A versatile HR role at the heart of the organisation
- Ensure the complete management of HR administration, from hiring to employee departure (Employee Life Cycle) - Draft and manage employment contracts, amendments, attestations, work certificates, and various HR correspondence - Actively participate in the recruitment of permanent and temporary employees - Be the point of contact for employees and managers for all human resources-related questions - Manage and keep the working time management system up to date - Perform various administrative and organisational HR tasks related to our Domdidier (FR) site - Participate in the continuous improvement and optimisation of our HR processes
Active participation in the Payroll process
- Prepare and check the data necessary for the monthly payroll processing - Verify payroll statements, bonuses, flat-rate expenses, special benefits as well as sickness and accident allowances - Ensure follow-up of entries and exits with social insurances - Check and process benefit statements in the payroll process - Prepare and verify salary certificates as well as annual declarations (AHV, withholding tax, LAA, IJM)
Your profile
- Completed commercial training with additional training in human resources (HR assistant or HR specialist) - Proven initial experience in a generalist HR role - Proactive personality, solution-oriented and with a good sense of initiative - Service-minded, discreet and comfortable in human contact - Team spirit and ability to manage several tasks independently - Very good knowledge of MS Office tools; knowledge of Swiss Salary is an advantage - Very good command of the French language and good knowledge of German; other languages are an advantage
