About the Role You will join high-impact client projects, helping post-product-market-fit digital-first companies tackle strategic and executional challenges. The engagement is German-speaking with a professional fluency requirement (minimum C1, CEFR) in both speech and writing. The assignment is interim/fractional, 3‑12 months.
Responsibilities
Solving problems for clients and for Product People; prioritize, clarify chaos, orchestrate seamless execution, manage discovery and delivery for three streams simultaneously.
Working with strong personalities and diverse teams; adapt to communication styles, integrate quickly, maintain professionalism when facing challenging demands.
Serving as an Interim Product Manager for post-product market‑fit companies ranging from Series B to publicly listed; drive complex cross‑functional initiatives in B2C or B2B products.
Crafting and communicating compelling product narratives: answer who the job is for, the size of the market, success metrics, and business value; share context with senior stakeholders.
Coaching the next generation of PMs; train, mentor, delegate, and manage 1‑6 people depending on tenure.
Rinse and repeat: take on a new mission with a new client or domain every 3‑6 months.

Compensation & Benefits Based on location, tax of residence and level. Levels and salaries are transparent.
Product Management Consultant (L4)
High‑cost cluster (Germany, Netherlands, etc.): €70,000/year
Medium‑cost cluster (Spain, Portugal, etc.): €48,000/year
Low‑cost cluster (South Africa, Pakistan, etc.): €38,000/year
Tenure‑based: 5 % increase after 12 months, 10 % after 24 months.
Uncapped quarterly bonuses; profit participation yearly.
Wellness budget, home office perks, learning budget, generous leave policies, 4‑day workweek option, annual workations, paid sabbatical every 3 years.
