We're partnering with an ambitious, venture-backed HealthTech startup that is transforming the future of outpatient healthcare.
The company is building a software-driven platform that powers next-generation ambulatory surgery centres, helping patients receive high-quality care while improving operational efficiency across the healthcare system.
Backed by experienced founders, leading investors, and clinical partners, the business is entering an exciting growth phase and is looking for its first Product hire.
This is a rare opportunity to define a mission-critical product, work directly with the founding team, and build the Product function from the ground up.
The Opportunity
As the Founding Product Lead, you will take ownership of the company's core platform—an orchestration engine designed to coordinate the complete patient journey, from intake and surgery through recovery and daily clinical operations.
The platform connects digital patient experiences, clinical workflows, operational infrastructure, and data into one seamless ecosystem designed to scale across multiple healthcare facilities.
This is a true greenfield opportunity where you'll influence product strategy, execution, user experience, and long-term product vision from day one.
Working alongside the CPTO and founders, you'll play a key role in shaping both the product and the future Product organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the company's core healthcare platform.
- Build and evolve a mission-critical product from concept through execution.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design and Leadership to deliver scalable product solutions.
- Spend time with end users to understand real-world clinical and operational workflows.
- Translate complex healthcare processes into intuitive digital experiences.
- Prioritise features based on customer needs, operational impact and business objectives.
- Drive continuous product discovery, experimentation and iteration.
- Support change management and product adoption across clinical environments.
- Help establish product best practices and contribute to building the future Product organisation.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Proven Product Management experience delivering products with meaningful real-world usage.
- Experience building products within complex operational environments such as healthcare, logistics, manufacturing or other operationally intensive industries.
- Strong ability to simplify complex user journeys into intuitive product experiences.
- Strategic mindset with excellent product thinking and technical understanding.
- Strong appreciation for product design and user experience.
- Comfortable operating where Product, Technology and Operations intersect.
- High level of ownership and accountability.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Structured thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Fast learner with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Professional fluency in German and English.
- Eligible to work in Germany.

- Healthcare or HealthTech experience.
- Experience working in regulated industries.
- Knowledge of compliance-driven product development.
- Experience working with sensitive or regulated data.
