We are looking for someone to step into a tight knit, 7 person SCM consulting elite squad. You won't just be tweaking standard settings; you will be the architect translating deeply complex business requirements into elegant D365 F&O solutions.
Here is what you'll actually be doing:
Designing, configuring, and implementing SCM, Manufacturing, and Master Planning modules.
Leading workshops and training sessions, communicating stakeholder demands clearly.
Driving continuous standardisation of the ERP landscape during migration into the cloud.
Managing data migration, system integration, and customisation while advising clients on reducing custom code through standardisation.
Working in self organising two week agile sprints.
The Absolute Non Negotiables
The Experience:
A minimum of 3+ years of hands on implementation experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, specifically within SCM, Manufacturing, or Master Planning.
The Technical Chops:
A rock solid understanding of discrete manufacturing BOMs and intercompany supply chains.
The Languages:
Fluency in both German and English (minimum B2) to handle local nuance and the common corporate language.
The Travel:
Approximately 5% overall, occurring in planned, international blocks during project roll outs.
The Mindset:
Self starter attitude, capable of working autonomously in agile environments.
The Perks & The Payoff
The Lifestyle:
Proper hybrid working - up to 3 days a week from home. In office work can be done at the Graz HQ or hubs in Eisenstadt, Klagenfurt, Linz, or Vienna.
The Extras:
25 days of holiday, 24/7 on site gym, heavily subsidised canteen, bike leasing, and fully funded language training.
The Contract:
Permanent, full time with flexible working hours.
The Process (Because life is too short for 7 stage interviews)
An online chat with HR and the Consulting Lead (maximum 1 hour).
An on site meeting in Graz to meet the team and assess cultural fit.
The final offer.
Ready to do the best work of your career without the corporate headache? We thought so. You can apply directly online or send your CV straight to our team at

Let's build something brilliant.
