We are currently looking for a Senior UX Researcher (all genders) to join us at the earliest opportunity. The ideal candidate not only excels in UX research but also brings in-depth expertise in Fullstory to drive data-driven, strategic decisions for UX/UI optimizations.

Planning and conducting UX research projects with a special focus on Fullstory analyses.
Applying qualitative and quantitative research methods to generate insights that directly contribute to strategic implications and recommendations for UX/UI improvements.
Collaborating closely with product managers and designers to effectively integrate insights from existing tracking systems, such as Fullstory Insights, into the product development process
Developing and presenting comprehensive UX strategies to optimize the user experience and interface designs
Additionally, your responsibilities will include creating user-centered personas, scenarios, and user journeys to enhance the understanding of user needs

Your profile

You have extensive experience in UX research utilizing qualitative and quantitative methods.
You possess demonstrable expertise in Fullstory and comparable tools such as Hotjar and UserTesting
Experience in identifying and optimizing SEO scores would be preferred
You have the ability to analyze complex data and derive clear, strategic recommendations for UX/UI improvements
Your profile includes exceptional communication skills to present research findings comprehensibly and persuasively at various levels.
You are open-minded, enjoy interdisciplinary teamwork, and approach your tasks with passion
