In this role you design and build innovative AI projects to solve complex problems. You oversee the full lifecycle of AI applications, from evaluation to production, while collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and developers. You apply standard software practices and integrate AI use cases into business processes. You will work in a team-driven, knowledge-sharing environment that values bold, honest solutions and continuous learning.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Design and develop innovative AI projects to solve complex problems
- Oversee lifecycle of AI applications from evaluation to production
- Follow software development practices (version control, testing, DevOps); develop conversational UIs and provide APIs
- Identify and evaluate new AI use cases and integrate them into business processes
- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and software developers to scale AI solutions
- Evaluate and optimize AI models for performance, scalability, accuracy, and security
- Explore opportunities across different project areas, including cloud or on-prem infrastructure optimization for AI workloads
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Solid background in software development with practical experience in generative AI, ML, or data-driven projects
- Proficiency in Python, Java, TypeScript, and Go; experience with REST APIs and databases
- Knowledge of generative AI methodologies (RAG, fine-tuning, agents, reasoning workflows)
- Ability to plan architecture with foresight for automation, stability, and maintainability
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure or AWS), data science, Kubernetes, or front-end development is an advantage
- Strong technical inclination, quick learner, and willingness to share knowledge
