Overview

As Technical Lead at PRODYNA, you guide customers on technical architecture, performance, and security for enterprise applications. You will own software development projects of all sizes and act as a senior contact for specialized domains like GraphDatabases. You’ll work with a diverse stack to deliver tailored solutions and support customers from pre-sales through implementation, while mentoring a team and shaping PRODYNA’s collaborative culture. This role offers hands-on architecture work, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to influence technology choices at scale.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Advise customers on technical architecture, performance optimization, and security for business applications
• Serve as technical lead and primary contact for selected areas (e.g., GraphDatabases) across projects of all sizes
• Develop integrated customer-specific solutions using a diverse stack (Java, C#, .NET, Angular, React, Spring, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka)
• Support projects from pre-sales concepts to implementation and ongoing customer consultation
• Own a designated area, mentor the team, and help shape PRODYNA's culture

Zentrale Anforderungen

• Several years of professional software development experience
• Experience in technically managing project teams
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise/business application development, including cloud environments
