We arelooking for you as Junior SalesManager for DACH region (all genders welcome)to focus on winning new customers. Theposition is available immediately atour Headquarters in Fulda or fully remote in Germany .

Your Role

• You receive andqualify leads from Marketing
• You identify andqualify new prospects via online research, visiting trade shows,etc.
• You regularly re-qualify the prospectsalready in our database to also consider these as yourtargets
• You prioritize new and existingprospects to focus on during the next period
• Furthermore you establish contact to prospects throughcold calling, email, trade show visits, etc.
• You further qualify the match of prospects and Proemionssuite of solutions through dialogue and meetings
• Guide qualified prospects through our new business salesprocess

Your Skills

• You have a strong drive and inner motivationto overcome objections and succeed with sales
• You can work independently and effectively manage yourown time and efforts
• You are curious and opento learn
• You have at least 1 year of salesexperience. It is an advantage if your experience is from a Saas orPaaS company, or from selling to the OEM machine manufacturerstargeted by Proemion
• Excellent German skillsto communicate with prospects
• Good Englishskills to communicate with colleagues
• You havesome experience using tools like Salesforce, Outreach andLinkedIn
