ProFab Group is looking for a senior professional who wants to play a key role in our digital transformation journey and make a tangible impact on how our organization operates.

As a Business Analyst, you will be at the heart of our digital transformation efforts, acting as a bridge between operations, management, IT teams, and external partners. You will contribute directly to improving our processes, tools, and overall organizational performance.

More specifically, you’ll be responsible for:

• Analyze and optimize business and operational processes;
• Translate operational needs into practical and effective solutions;
• Define functional requirements and target processes;
• Coordinate digital transformation and continuous improvement projects;
• Collaborate with internal teams, IT departments, and vendors;
• Participate in the implementation and evolution of various tools and systems;
• Support teams in adopting new ways of working;
• Contribute to initiatives involving Power BI, Autodesk Construction Cloud, artificial intelligence, automation, and ERP evolution;
• Produce analyses and recommendations to support decision-making;
• Measure results and identify new opportunities for improvement.

Expected experience and qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, process improvement, functional analysis, or – solution implementation;
• Proven experience working on projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders;
• Strong ability to understand operational realities and translate them into effective solutions;
• Excellent analytical, communication, problem‑solving, and facilitation skills;
• Sound judgment and the ability to drive decisions forward;
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams without necessarily being an IT specialist;
• Self‑motivated, organized, proactive, and results-oriented;
• Knowledge of Power BI, Autodesk Construction Cloud, SAP or other ERP systems, Microsoft 365, AI, or automation is considered an asset;
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or construction environments is considered an asset.
