Your Role - Ensuring Strong Connections:

• Operation, administration, and further development of the Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud infrastructure
• Support and optimization of the Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environment
• Ensuring the availability, performance, and security of server, network, and cloud systems
• Planning, designing, and implementing infrastructure projects in the areas of digitalization and the Modern Workplace
• Administration of network components, firewalls, VPN connections, and site connections
• Analysis, handling, and permanent resolution of issues in 1st and 2nd-level support (approx. 30%)
• Supporting and advising business units on technical issues
• Coordinating and collaborating with external service providers and manufacturers
• Preparation of technical documentation and involvement in IT security and compliance matters

Your profile-what connects you to us:

• Successfully completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Administrator, or a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or cloud engineering
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure & Entra ID, Windows Server/Active Directory, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
• Experience in network technologies and IT security
• Practical experience in project management and the implementation of infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and modern service management structures
• Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
• Class B driver's license and personal vehicle
• Analytical, structured, and independent work style with a strong sense of responsibility
• Strong focus on solutions and service, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and initiative
• Willingness to learn and interest in new technologies
• Willingness to travel occasionally for work
