Pro Fleet Group is currently recruiting experienced TIG Welders for an immediate start on a major pharmaceutical and high‑tech engineering project in Dresden, Germany.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing engineering contractor delivering high‑quality stainless steel process pipework on one of Europe’s leading industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Carry out high‑quality TIG welding on stainless steel process pipework.
• Weld to approved WPS and project quality standards.
• Read and interpret isometric drawings and fabrication drawings.
• Complete hygienic and schedule pipe welds to a high standard.
• Work closely with pipefitters and QA/QC inspectors to achieve production targets.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping and safe working practices.
• Comply with all project Health, Safety and Quality procedures.
• Support testing, punch‑list completion and project hand‑over activities where required.

Essential Requirements

• Proven TIG welding experience on stainless steel pipework.
• Previous Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor or Data Centre experience preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and isometrics.
• Strong understanding of weld quality and fabrication tolerances.
• Ability to work efficiently within a fast‑paced project environment.
• Valid Safe Pass, Manual Handling and relevant welding qualifications are advantageous.
• EU Passport or legal right to work within the European Union.
