Your Responsibilities

• Leading manufacturing operations in compliance with AMG, AMWHV, EU-GMP, and internal guidelines
• Planning, execution, and oversight of the production of clinical trial materials for parenteral use
• Reviewing and approving manufacturing documents and deviation reports
• Managing pharmaceutical quality systems and contamination control strategy
• Participating in regulatory inspections
• Contributing to investment planning and acquisition of new equipment
• Leading and developing the team

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Pharmacy and licensed as a pharmacist or equivalent scientific degree
• At least 5 years of experience in aseptic manufacturing or a GMP-regulated environment
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (national and international)
• Proficiency in business English and good computer skills
• Structured work approach, high initiative, and strong communication skills
• Team player, capable of working in international and multidisciplinary teams
