Für ein Pharma-Unternehmen in München suche ich derzeit eine administrative bzw. Projekt Assistenz:

Verantwortlichkeiten:

  1. Administrative support of the team (scheduling meetings, preparation of meeting minutes, assembling reports, creation of slides, maintenance of the owned public-facing and intranet web pages, archiving activities, etc.)
  2. Supplier management; contract management, Purchase Order and invoice management; financial tracking; interfacing with relevant internal and external stakeholders
  3. Assisting department head with the preparation and management of the annual budget including regular tracking and updates
  4. Planning and logistical coordination (i.e. booking of hotel, transfers, etc.) of offsite events and meetings such as prep and debrief meetings in connection with Scientific Advice meetings
  5. Coordination of on/offboarding activities for new/departing team members
  6. Assisting department head/TA Leads for administrative tasks such as calendar, correspondence, travel, expense management
