Project Administrator (m/f/d) Offshore Wind Project | Hamburg | ASAP

For a long-term major project in the renewable energy sector, we are looking for an experienced Project Administrator (m/f/d) to support the project team in Hamburg.

Key Facts

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: Until June 30, 2027, with option for extension
• Workload: 40 hours per week
• Location: Hamburg
• Work Model: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote possible

Responsibilities

• Independently organize and coordinate administrative project activities
• Set up and maintain project structures in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
• Create and manage project mailboxes, distribution lists, and folder structures
• Coordinate schedules and manage meetings
• Prepare, organize, and follow up on meetings
• Create agendas, presentations, meeting minutes, and project documentation
• Support the onboarding of new project team members
• Process purchase requisitions, invoices, and payment workflows
• Manage project documentation and correspondence
• Organize workshops, events, and team activities

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, Project Assistant, or PMO Support
• Experience supporting complex projects
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Structured and proactive way of working
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Confident working in an international environment
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
• Experience in infrastructure, energy, industrial, or large-scale projects is advantageous

Nice to Have

• Experience in offshore wind, energy, or infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of invoice processing and procurement/order management processes
• PMO experience
