Manager (m/w/d) Quality Management & Quality Assurance

On behalf of our client, a global leading pharmaceutical company focused on safeguarding individuals from cardiovascular diseases and pioneering innovative cancer treatments, and backed by billions in investment, which is expanding their production capabilities with a cutting-edge site in Bavaria and is poised to become a hub of groundbreaking advancements, we are currently looking for: Senior Manager Quality – GMP/GDP (w/m/d) Main Responsibilities: Oversee and manage projects within the QA framework, as well as cross-functional projects as needed. Provide expert leadership and direction to project teams. Act as the primary liaison for the QA unit in global, regional, and local project groups. Collaborate closely on both global and regional levels to implement and harmonize Quality Management (QM) and documentation systems. Engage in networking at the EU and global levels to identify new trends in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry and initiate relevant projects. Independently identify and lead projects aimed at improving QA practices. Develop and implement strategies to enhance project structures within QA. Main Requirements: A completed university degree in pharmacy, engineering, natural sciences, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry and within a GMP-regulated environment. At least 2 years of experience specifically in quality assurance or quality management. A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management and leadership roles. Experience in the development, manufacturing, testing, and quality assurance of pharmaceuticals. Comprehensive knowledge of national and international pharmaceutical regulations. Advanced proficiency in data processing. Strong cross-functional and cross-cultural communication, moderation, and motivational skills. High degree of independence, responsibility, and decision-making capability. Strong team orientation, flexibility, and quick learning ability.
