For our client, a globally active, research-driven biopharmaceutical company dedicated to the development of innovative therapies, we are seeking a Team Lead Market Access (m/f/d) for a permanent position at the earliest possible date. As Team Lead Market Access in the field of Immunology , you will take the reins of a dedicated team of professionals and help drive access to cutting-edge treatments in gastroenterology, dermatology, and rheumatology .

Your Role – Driving Access & Impact

As a strategic leader in the Market Access team, your role includes:

• Leading the development and execution of integrated access strategies, including HTA, pricing negotiations, and reimbursement models
• Representing Market Access in cross-functional leadership teams, with a key focus on aligning access strategy with brand objectives
• Anticipating policy shifts and market trends – turning insights into proactive solutions
• Contributing to pipeline strategy by embedding access insights early in clinical development
• Collaborating with international teams to localize global access strategies and foster alignment with national stakeholders

What You Bring

• A university degree in pharmacy, economics, health sciences, or related fields
• In-depth knowledge of Germany\’s AMNOG and HTA landscape
• Proven experience in Market Access, pricing, or health policy (industry, consulting, or CRO background welcome)
• Strong leadership experience or a track record managing complex strategic projects
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a solution-oriented mindset
