For Lufthansa Technik AG-one of the world's leading providers of maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services in the aviation industry-we are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator for Infrastructure & Construction Projects to join the team in Hamburg at the earliest possible date.
This position is to be filled on a temporary agency employment basis for the period from August 16, 2026, to December 31, 2028.
In this role, you will become part of the JEFAirS infrastructure project, supporting the successful planning, management, and implementation of a major strategic project at Lufthansa Technik.
You will work at the interface between project management, specialist departments, and decision-makers, playing a key role in the successful delivery of projects in terms of schedule, cost, and quality.
Your Responsibilities
- Supporting project management for the JEFAirS infrastructure project
- Ensuring project objectives are met regarding schedule, budget, and quality
- Developing and maintaining project schedules using MS Project
- Creating and maintaining cost plans and monitoring costs in MS Excel
- Processing, distributing, and tracking change requests
- Supporting project reporting activities
- Assisting with problem analysis and decision-making processes
- Preparing management presentations and project documentation
- Ensuring consistent and audit-proof project documentation
- Handling organizational and administrative project tasks
Your Profile
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, initial professional experience in project management or construction project management
- Very good proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and standard Office applications
- Ability to present complex information in a structured manner and communicate it clearly
- Independent, structured, and meticulous working style
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Confident demeanor when interacting across various hierarchical levels
- Fluent written and spoken English (C1 level)
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe
