We're looking for a driven and impactful Senior Software Engineer: Architecture & Agentic Systems to drive transformation through building solutions that bring real results.
As a Senior Software Engineer: Architecture & Agentic Systems, you'll build and scale a variety of engineering projects through bringing your expertise in system architecture, Python and production agentic/LLM systems to fuel change and measurable impact.
In this role, you’ll:
- Own the architecture and technology choices for AI-native, agentic products, from the whiteboard to production
- Build hands-on in Python: agent orchestration, tool-calling and integrations
- Set engineering standards through code reviews and best practices
- Keep nearshore teams aligned on architecture, priorities and quality
- Translate business needs into robust, scalable system designs
- Explain trade-offs clearly to engineers and to business stakeholders
Your Profile:
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering
- Real system-design experience
- Production work with agentic or LLM systems
- Strong Python skills
- The ability to explain trade-offs to engineers and to business stakeholders
- A get-things-done mindset: you ship and don’t wait for perfect specs
- Comfort with ambiguity; you think in products, not tickets
- Fluent German and English
