We are looking for a
Apprentice Commercial Employee
Your future tasks (if you accept them):
Under the responsibility of your apprenticeship supervisor, you will experience all aspects of the life of a placement agency: Reception & Welcome:
You will be the first face and voice of the agency for our candidates and clients (in person and by phone).
Administrative management:
Handling emails, drafting professional letters, and managing postal mail.
Human relations:
Regular contact with our temporary collaborators and our construction clients.
Recruitment support:
Sorting CVs, drafting and posting job advertisements, participating in interviews, and creating application files.
Communication:
Creating and sending mailings and newsletters.
Your profile:
You have completed your compulsory schooling with good results (especially in French).
You have
excellent written and oral communication
skills.
You have a sense of contact, empathy, and a good dose of energy.
You are organised, thorough, and know how to be discreet (data confidentiality).
You are interested in the construction and human resources fields.
