- Confirmed experience of 5 years on construction sites in Switzerland - Mandatory SUVA machine operator licence (rollers and/or paver) - Good command of compaction techniques - Autonomous person who enjoys working in a team - Good physical condition, dynamic and responsible
- Operation of pavers and/or roller compactors - Application and compaction of asphalt - Adjustment of thickness and surface finishing - Quality control and compaction according to standards - Coordination with asphalt teams and site managers - Routine maintenance of machinery - Compliance with instructions
