Organise, plan and supervise work on sanitary sites. Manage and coordinate the teams of installers. Ensure monitoring of work progress respecting deadlines, quality and safety standards. Manage supplies and equipment. Participate in site meetings and maintain liaison with various stakeholders (site management, project owners, subcontractors). Ensure compliance with Swiss standards and HSE rules.
Your profile
Proven experience as a Sanitary Site Manager, ideally on large sites in Switzerland. Excellent knowledge of sanitary installations. Ability to manage multiple teams and coordinate different trades. Organisational skills, autonomy and leadership. Good command of Swiss standards. Driving licence essential.
