Job description:Vallée de Joux Continuous hours Occasional replacements As part of occasional assignments, we are looking for a Versatile Dishwasher / Kitchen Assistant to work within a company restaurant located in the Vallée de Joux region. Your tasks:
Ensure dishwashing and utensil cleaning in compliance with hygiene standards
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen workspaces
Participate in ingredient preparation (peeling, cutting, mise en place)
Assist cooks in the preparation, plating and sending out of dishes
Contribute to cleaning and tidying of equipment and tools
Provide versatile support to the team as needed
Strictly adhere to hygiene and food safety standardsJob requirements:You must reside near the Vallée de Joux (maximum 30 minutes)
You are available quickly and flexible for occasional replacements (day assignments)
You are willing to travel for short assignments
Previous experience in dishwashing or kitchen work is appreciated
