The focus: Digitized processes and Oracle NetSuite ERP solutions

The goal is clear: Achieve excellent business processes with Oracle digitization solutions! You will guide our customers – start-ups, growth companies, demanding medium-sized businesses – into the digital future. Together, you will design intelligent business processes where modern, market-leading digitization technologies can thrive. Using agile and hybrid process models, you will configure NetSuite ERP solutions tailored to each customer’s needs. You will be responsible for the complete implementation and change management.

A variety of tasks await you:

• Analyze, improve, or redesign business processes. A key feature: workshops using Horus business process tools and best practice reference models for visualization and documentation.
• Collaborate with customer subject matter experts to develop requirement specifications for system configuration, additional developments, and integrations, following standardized procedures. Define suitable test cases as well.
• Utilize ready-made SuiteSuccess or best practice solutions for quick implementations, further developing them through agile processes.
• Design, configure, personalize, and test business processes within the Oracle NetSuite ERP system.
• Conceptually plan data migration, support transformation, data cleansing, and execute migrations.
• Support organizational change management, including planning and delivering training and coaching.
• Assist customers during the operational phase by resolving application issues, fixing system errors, and maintaining and further developing the system.

Your profile:

• Degree in industrial engineering, information systems, information management, business administration with IT affinity, computer science with business focus, or practical business experience as a career changer.
• Strong business knowledge and experience in areas such as:

Finance and Accounting

• Enterprise Performance Management
• SCM / Logistics and Production
• Customer Experience (sales, marketing, service)

• Responsible use of digital technologies and AI to create sustainable human user experiences.
• Excellent communication, abstraction, and structuring skills, diligence in documentation and presentation, and proficiency in German and English.
• Mobility for project work domestically and internationally.
