5+ of experience as a senior team lead or similar within a large Design/UX organisation Can-do attitude, team spirit, drive Distinctive UX and Design skills Strategic thinking and planning Proven mentorship- and leadership skills Organizational talent, solution-oriented, and self-reflective Communicative personality and ability to deal with conflicts What we offer:
