As a Creative Strategist, you’ll own the creative process, from mining insights and developing ad strategies to analyzing performance and iterating for success. You’ll guide creative production, curate marketing angles, and lead the creation of high-performing campaigns that resonate with audiences across paid social channels.

HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME
- Uncover trends and insights by doing thorough research, including tracking competitor ads, analyzing forums, reviews, and consumer narratives, to shape effective marketing strategies
- Translate data into actionable campaigns by curating high-quality briefs, setting clear standards for creative outputs, and ensuring a seamless feedback loop for designers and video teams
- Optimize ad performance by interpreting data, identifying winning elements, and iterating on successful concepts for continuous improvement
- Develop creative strategies for new product launches to ensure impactful and on-brand campaigns tailored to market needs
- Source high-performing content by collaborating with production teams on video/photo shoots and leveraging platforms like UGC channels to enhance ad campaigns
- Drive creative innovation by recognizing patterns in ad elements and assembling winning combinations that resonate with the target audience
- Collaborate closely with the team to brainstorm and align on creative concepts, ensuring campaigns reflect shared goals and strategic vision
- Project manage the creative process by overseeing timelines, coordinating with designers and video teams, and ensuring deliverables meet quality and brand standards
WHO YOU ARE
- You have previous experience working with direct-to-consumer brands in an agency or in-house, with a focus on developing effective creative strategies for driving conversion
- You have experience in managing end-to-end creative design workflows, from idea generation, coordinating with other creatives, and analyzing the performance of them
- You have a strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and how to incorporate this data into your strategies
- You have effective leadership and collaboration skills for guiding designers, video editors, and creatives toward exceptional outputs
- You have a portfolio to showcase your work and will be able to share it with us
- You have meticulous attention to detail and a history of delivering high-quality work within deadlines
- You are organized and can manage multiple projects at once to meet all deadlines
- You are a self-starter and able to motivate yourself without others
- You are interested in marketing and learning more about various aspects of digital marketing
- You have excellent English skills (written and verbal)
