(Senior) Warehouse System Specialist (m/f/d)
Come along with a lively group of people as they automate and enhance technical procedures in our warehouse. You can look forward to an excellent learning atmosphere within a rapidly expanding e-commerce business. With a team of 2 team members you ensure topics all around automation in our warehouse.
What you can expect in this role
- As a (Senior) Warehouse System Specialist you will be the main contact person for robotic automation topics.
- You are responsible for maintaining the automation system, monitoring the connection and capacity of robotics.
- Also you conduct audits to uphold standards, providing documents to auditors, and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure process quality.
- Moreover you create change requests, implement new and adjust existing processes.
- You also collect and analyze data for KPI calculation and planning purposes.
- In this role you also create, maintain user and support in first or/and second level.
Your essential experience and education
- Several years of experience in Warehouse Management Systems or warehouse automation.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Curious and eager to learn with a pro-active attitude.
- Availability for on-call duty in case of emergencies.
- Basic knowledge in SQL and MS office.
- Business fluent English and German skills.
