ProSource are recruiting a Setting Out Engineer on behalf of a leading building contractor who are continuing to grow with a strong pipeline of projects across Europe. This role is based on a major project in Germany and offers an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level engineer to gain valuable international project experience with a well-established contractor.
About the Opportunity:

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to;
- Carry out setting out and surveying duties using Total Station and GPS equipment
- Ensure works are completed in line with drawings and specifications
- Assist with site coordination and day-to-day engineering activities
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Liaise with subcontractors, site management, and design teams
- Maintain accurate site records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards
- Assist with QA/QC checks and inspections

To be successful in your application you will possess the following;
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- 1–4 years’ experience in a Setting Out Engineer role
- Experience using surveying equipment such as Total Station and GPS
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively within a site team environment
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects is desirable
