Site Supervisors in Dresden

ProSource are recruiting an Electrical Engineer position on behalf of a leading M&E Contractor who are continuing to grow with an extensive amount of ongoing projects in Germany.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and performance of multiple earthing and lightning protection projects, ensuring all activities are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
• Act as the key liaison between clients, Project Managers, and site teams, maintaining clear communication, understanding project requirements, and addressing concerns or operational issues promptly.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor maintenance activities, including the development of work schedules, procedures, and resource plans to ensure effective deployment of labour, materials, and equipment.
• Carry out routine site inspections and quality assessments to identify maintenance requirements, potential issues, and areas for improvement, implementing appropriate corrective actions where necessary.
• Work closely with site personnel to troubleshoot and resolve operational and technical issues, minimising downtime and ensuring disruption to client operations is kept to a minimum.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years’ experience within the construction industry or a similar environment, with proven experience managing and overseeing multiple sites.
• Electrical experience or qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential.
• Strong knowledge of lightning protection systems, with a sound understanding of electrical engineering principles, construction practices, and site operations.
