ProSource are recruiting a Health & Safety Advisor on behalf of a leading Irish main contractor delivering a major project in Germany, with a strong pipeline of work across Europe.
€50,000 - €70,000 + Flights, Accommodation, Living Away Allowance and more
About the opportunity:

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Report on the safety performance of project teams and subcontractors, ensuring safe working conditions in line with Belgian and EU regulations
- Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks
- Support the implementation of HSE processes, procedures, and systems
- Carry out weekly site inspections and audits, including review of Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
- Promote health & safety awareness and deliver training on site
- Ensure full implementation of the Company's Accident Reporting Procedure
- Keep up to date with Belgian legislation, EU directives, and best practices, ensuring they are communicated across the project and supply chain
- Maintain quality and environmental procedures in line with the Company's Integrated Management System
To be successful in your application you will possess the following:
- Degree/Diploma in a related discipline
- 2-5 years' relevant experience
- Experience on construction projects (European/international experience advantageous)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
