Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy ML models for sales intelligence
- Build NLP systems for content generation and analysis
- Design and implement lead scoring algorithms
- Optimize model performance and accuracy
- Collaborate with product team on AI features
Requirements
- 3+ years of ML engineering experience
- Strong Python skills and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Experience with NLP and LLMs
- Understanding of MLOps and model deployment
- Strong mathematical and statistical background
Nice to Have
- Experience with sales/marketing AI applications
