The Sales Director will play a key role in driving business growth by building strong relationships with customers, identifying new opportunities, and scaling revenue in the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in strategic sales, a proven track record of success in the semiconductor industry, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.Requirements:7+ years of strategic sales experience in the semiconductor industry or a closely related field.Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a multinational or startup environment.Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor technologies and industry trends.Experience managing complex, multi-level sale cycles, with an ability to influence executive-level decision-making.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Deep understanding of business dynamics and strategies, including tactics for successfully closing high-stakes deals.Ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.Bachelor\’s degree in electrical engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets in the semiconductor industry.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders at leading semiconductor manufacturers, OEMs, and other partners.Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including expanding ProteanTecs\‘ footprint within existing accounts and penetrating new markets.Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements to provide strategic insights for product positioning and sales strategies.Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and engineering, to align customer needs with ProteanTecs\‘ solutions and drive product-market fit.Contract Negotiation: Lead high-level negotiations and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.Revenue Growth: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, while managing sales forecasts and pipeline with accuracy and discipline.Sales Enablement: Provide mentorship and leadership to the sales team, including coaching, training, and performance management, to drive success in both individual and team goals. #J-18808-Ljbffr
