Your mission
- Participation in multidisciplinary and demanding research projects in industrial drug development.
- Independent planning and execution of CE-SDS, HPLC, and LC-MS-based methods for protein characterization and quality control.
- Autonomous development and optimization of biophysical methods (including HPLC-based) for protein analytics.
- Establishment of analytical evaluation procedures in compliance with current industry standards.
- Monitoring and ensuring adherence to agreed quality standards and timelines.
- Maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance of basic repairs and servicing on CE-SDS and HPLC systems.
- Careful documentation of work steps and data analysis in accordance with internal guidelines and customer requirements.
Your profile
- You have completed your education as a CTA/MTA/BTA, chemical/biological laboratory technician, or hold a bachelor’s/master’s degree in biology, biochemistry, or chemistry with good results (no PhD).
- You have practical experience in HPLC-based protein analytics, ideally in an industrial setting.
- You are motivated, curious, and enjoy innovative and challenging tasks.
- You demonstrate high diligence and organizational skills in handling laboratory projects.
- You stand out due to your independent working style, teamwork abilities, communication skills, service orientation, analytical thinking, and interest in new methods.
- You have experience with Chromeleon and good proficiency in MS Office.
- You possess strong English and German language skills.
