The Tapestry of the Role
Right now, our client consists of three founders and one incredibly smart Machine Learning Engineer. They have already built a deeply proven, revenue-generating product, an AI-powered face-scan and recommendation engine embedded in e-commerce stores that is actively lifting conversion rates for global skincare brands.
They have the product-market fit. They have the six-figure ARR. What they need now is you.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will step in as the Founding Account Executive. You won’t just be selling; you will be the architect of their Go-To-Market engine. You will own the entire sales cycle, from that initial cold, creative outreach, right through to the thrill of the close. You will craft the outbound playbooks, navigate multi-stakeholder negotiations with C-level marketing executives, and feed vital on-the-ground intelligence back to the product team.
The Brutal Truth: The Non-Negotiables
We believe in radical candour. This role requires a highly specific blend of experience and tenacity. If you are looking for a purely strategic role where you delegate the heavy lifting, or if you prefer a fully remote, corporate environment, this is not your tribe.
You will only be considered if you possess:
- 2+ Years of B2B SaaS Sales Firepower: You must have a demonstrable, quota-carrying track record in full-cycle, outbound-driven SaaS sales (ideally handling €20k–€50k ACV deals).
- Startup DNA: You must have early-stage startup exposure. Purely corporate, slow-moving backgrounds simply won't survive the pace here.
- E-commerce/D2C Fluency: You need relevant touchpoints in selling to e-commerce or Direct-to-Consumer brands. (Experience in beauty, fashion, or conversion SaaS is a massive advantage).
- Bilingual Brilliance: Absolute fluency in both German and English is non-negotiable. You must be deeply comfortable commanding a room, cold calling, and writing compelling outreach in both languages.
- The Proof: Your success metrics, quota attainment, deals closed, and self-sourced pipeline, must be highly visible on your CV or LinkedIn profile.

- Uncapped Earning Potential: €50,000 – €60,000 Base Salary, with a realistic, uncapped OTE of €100,000 – €120,000 (short 2–3 month sales cycles mean you see your money faster).
- A True Piece of the Pie: 0.5% – 2% Equity stake in a profitable, bootstrapped business. You aren't just an employee; you are an owner.
- High Impact, High Visibility: You will work side-by-side with the founders in vibrant Berlin (hybrid model: 3+ days a week in the Schöneberg HQ, with an optional Potsdam workspace).
