They are the undisputed market leader in their consumer goods segment, currently turning over €1.2 billion, with their crosshairs firmly locked on the €2 billion mark. They do not need a middle manager to maintain the status quo. They need a visionary Team Lead Development for Microsoft Dynamics BC / NAV.


This is not a role for the faint-hearted; it is a mandate to engineer the digital nervous system of an enterprise spanning 49 international subsidiaries.


The Reality of the Tapestry We Are Weaving

You will not be hidden behind layers of bureaucracy. Here, the hierarchy is fiercely flat, the culture is decisively informal (a staunch “Du-culture”), and your direct line of sight includes the Head of ERP and the IT Board.

You will inherit and sculpt a distributed, cross-site team of 18 developers and administrators. Your canvas? Green-field international Business Central rollouts, bespoke Core Apps (Purchasing, Logistics, Sales, Service, Finance), and a sprawling architecture that demands absolute stability, security, and uncompromising data integrity.


Let’s address the elephant in the room: This role is anchored in Landau an der Isar, Germany. You will have the flexibility of up to two days of remote work per week, but true leadership demands a presence. You cannot build a high-performance, family-spirited engineering culture exclusively through a webcam. We want a decisive, conflict-resilient strategist who thrives in the room where it happens.


The Arsenal You Must Possess

We are not interested in hypothetical expertise. To command this room, your pedigree must be undeniable:

  • The Veteran’s Track Record: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on, trench-tested development and administration within Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC / NAV.
  • The Technical Lexicon: Absolute fluency in AL, C/AL, Extensions, Visual Studio Code, MS-SQL, Azure DevOps / Git, and PowerShell.
  • The Linguistic Bridge: You must command both German and English at a B2 level or higher. Negotiation, coaching, and board-level alignment demand nothing less.
  • The Architect’s Mindset: Proven project experience within sprawling ERP environments, with a bonus if you bring Azure Services, Power Platform, and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) battle scars.
  • The Leader's Resolve: You are communicative, deeply collaborative, yet entirely unafraid to make the hard, fast decisions required to scale.
