Speech Language Pathologist - Outpatient Pediatrics Description
Speech Language Pathologist - Providence Centralia - Outpatient Pediatrics
$10,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible candidates who meet all conditions for payment - this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment.
SCHEDULE: 0.8 FTE; 32 hours per week. 8a-4:30p PST. Shift is flexible between Monday-Friday, but will also require working one weekend day (Saturday/Sunday) per month.
This role will primarily be supporting OUTPATIENT Pediatrics.
Responsibilities:
- Provides diagnostic and therapeutic treatment to patients who exhibit speech language or swallowing disorders and are inpatients or outpatients of Providence Centralia Hospital or are seen through contractual speech/language services.
- Education of staff, patients and family is emphasized relative to diagnosed speech language or swallowing disorder.
Required qualifications:
- Master's Degree - A graduate of a program approved by the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Required upon hire: Washington Speech Language Pathologist License
- Required upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
