As a Recruitment & People Operations Specialist , you’ll be part of the People team, enabling Proxima and all our team members to do their best work. Whether it’s delivering on our growth plans and bringing in the best talent for us, or providing operational & compliance support from a People/HR perspective, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our culture and setting new standards for excellence.

• Finding Exceptional Talent : Source, engage, and hire top scientific and engineering minds while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
