Your Impact

You’ll lead the design and delivery of internal AI‑powered tools, working hands‑on across product definition, software architecture, and rapid prototyping. You’ll own the full product lifecycle, shaping the backlog of our AI strategy, building compounding workflows together with the rest of the company, and reporting ROI directly to the leadership team.

What You Will Do

• Define Products: Translate ambiguous ideas into clearly scoped tools with binary success metrics.
• Architect Systems: Design and implement internal platforms that integrate AI models into daily workflows.
• Build Fast: Prototype AI solutions quickly to test value. Transition successful prototypes into robust software.
• Own Interfaces: Design user‑facing tools that simplify interaction with both structured and unstructured data (e.g., search, chat, dashboards).
• Leverage AI Models: Integrate off‑the‑shelf and fine‑tuned models to automate and realize internal use cases.
• Drive Adoption: Advocate for internal use of AI tools and work directly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to embed them into critical workflows.

Who You Are

• Product + Tech Ownership: You have a track record of building products end‑to‑end (from idea to working prototype, preferably with AI integration).
• System Design: You can architect clean, maintainable systems that integrate APIs, data pipelines, and user interfaces.
• Full‑Stack Engineering: Comfortable writing and deploying backend and frontend code in a fast‑paced environment.
• User‑Centered Thinking: You care about whether people actually use what you are building and how they are using it.
• Strongly driven: You can generate context for yourself proactively and are not afraid to dive into use cases ranging from plasma physics to structural engineering to big project management or controlling.
