WHAT YOU WILL DO
Be part of the Portfolio Management Team, focusing on pan-European (equity) core plus strategies.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Budget planning and cash flow analysis using established portfolio models
- Property, financial, and corporate analysis, along with strategic real estate investment management
- Collaboration with European offices across departments such as Transaction, Asset Management, Business Development, and Operations
- Analysis for hold/sell decisions using DCF models and market research
- Support for transactions including acquisitions and dispositions
- Underwriting and suitability analysis for real estate acquisitions
- Preparation of quarterly investor reports and annual financial/non-financial reports
- Monitoring and managing fund liquidity
- Supporting capital raising efforts
- Implementing and monitoring ESG strategies for core plus funds
- Managing capital markets activities like debt and currency hedging
- Forecasting fund performance using portfolio models
- Managing interns within the team
- Participation in cross-functional and international projects
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in Real Estate, Economics, Banking, or Finance
- Professional qualification (completed or ongoing)
- 1-2 years of relevant experience or internships preferred
- Team-oriented with strong initiative
- Motivated to learn and contribute, adaptable to various projects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in English and German
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
