WHAT YOU WILL DO

Be part of the Portfolio Management Team, focusing on pan-European (equity) core plus strategies.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Budget planning and cash flow analysis using established portfolio models
• Property, financial, and corporate analysis, along with strategic real estate investment management
• Collaboration with European offices across departments such as Transaction, Asset Management, Business Development, and Operations
• Analysis for hold/sell decisions using DCF models and market research
• Support for transactions including acquisitions and dispositions
• Underwriting and suitability analysis for real estate acquisitions
• Preparation of quarterly investor reports and annual financial/non-financial reports
• Monitoring and managing fund liquidity
• Supporting capital raising efforts
• Implementing and monitoring ESG strategies for core plus funds
• Managing capital markets activities like debt and currency hedging
• Forecasting fund performance using portfolio models
• Managing interns within the team
• Participation in cross-functional and international projects

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in Real Estate, Economics, Banking, or Finance
• Professional qualification (completed or ongoing)
• 1-2 years of relevant experience or internships preferred
• Team-oriented with strong initiative
• Motivated to learn and contribute, adaptable to various projects
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in English and German
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
