Senior Project Manager

Desirable Skills and Attitudes Minimum 7 years of professional experience as a Project Manager within the oil & gas, energy sector of a multinational company. Passionate about Project Management. Previous experience with EPCI projects. Master’s Degree in Engineering or related fields. Fluency in English; German is a plus. Strong negotiation, team working, leadership, and influencing skills. Experience working at operational sites. Knowledge of submarine cable and offshore operations is a plus. Proven track record of delivering results through people in a matrix team. Effective leadership and communication skills, projecting competence and credibility. Structured, detailed, and methodical planner. Willingness to challenge the status quo and adopt innovative delivery mechanisms. Membership in professional bodies such as APM, Prince2 Practitioner, PMI, or PPM accreditation is preferred.
