Tasks inspiring you

• Administration of Linux servers in development, test and production environments

• Use and, if necessary, expansion of automation with Ansible

• Installation of virtual machines or bare-metal systems with Ansible

• Analysis and rectification of reported errors, independent ticket processing

• Installing, configuring and updating hardware and software components

• Implementation of security-relevant requirements, such as network and firewall configuration, switching off Linux services that are not required

Qualifications that inspire us

• Completed training in the field of computer science or comparable qualification

• Proven experience in system administration

• Very good knowledge in the administration of Linux operating systems

• Ideally experience with the Linux distributions from RedHat and Suse

• Good network knowledge

• Knowledge of the automation of installation and maintenance tasks (e.g. Shell, Cron, Ansible, Jenkins) is an advantage

• Knowledge of Git and experience with a ticket system are an advantage

• Good knowledge of German and English
