Tasks inspiring you:
- First point of contact for IT inquiries in first- and second-level support
- Analyze and resolve hardware and software issues
- Set up and maintain workstations (PCs, laptops, printers, etc.)
- Manage user accounts and access rights (e.g., Active Directory)
- Install, configure, and update software solutions
- Maintain and optimize deployment tools (e.g., OPSI, Microsoft Intune)
- Document incidents and solutions in the ticket system
- Support and train employees in IT-related matters
- Assist in IT projects and rollouts of new technologies
Qualifications That Inspire Us:
- Completed IT training or equivalent qualification
- Experience in IT support (first- and second-level)
