- Leading a large team in an agile environment, you will foster and support its ongoing development
- Developing strategies to retain employees in the long term is part of your responsibility, while you actively accompany their career paths
- Ensuring continuous improvement processes, you support the team in optimizing workflows
- Transforming the team to Cloud-/Cloud-native technologies will also fall under your scope
