Technical Support Engineer (m/f/x) – Hamburg / Hybrid

Location: Hybrid / Hamburg Area

Do you want to work on the mobility of the future and help shape the transport transition through your actions? We are looking for you to operate our long-established solutions, especially for major customers in the Hamburg area! The ideal candidate should be located within commuting distance to Hamburg city center in order to be in our Hamburg office (near “Landungsbrücken”) 1 or 2 times a week for project meetings.

• Technical Support for our Software Solutions in the area of public transport / e-mobility / smart mobility.
• Troubleshooting, updates / upgrades, remote and onsite support in Hamburg for our customers.
• Processing of support tickets with our ticket system (JIRA) and via our CRM.
• Undertaking software updates / upgrades and configurations.
• Covering hotline support for customers who use our control systems.
• Occasional support of customers on site in the Hamburg region.

Job requirements

• Completed education or training as an IT specialist.
• Confident action and communication even under pressure.
• Independent and solution-oriented work.
• Desirable: Knowledge of application development & support. We are also open to career starters.
• Desirable: Initial professional experience in a B2B environment.
• Desirable: experience and knowledge in the areas of .NET, MS SQL, MS Windows Server.
• Good German and good English skills.
• Driving license B is required.
