We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join a dynamic team in Athens, Greece.

Salary: €1300–€1400 per month, plus a performance bonus of up to €300

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and support in German.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Collaborate with the team to improve service quality and processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent German and English proficiency (B2 to C1 level).
• Experience in customer support or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work in a hybrid environment.
