Your key responsibilities

• You are responsible for the design, planning and realization of components of distributed systems as well as the communication protocols in between them.
• You emphasize internally driven qualities of the code, such as maintainability and testability.
• You troubleshoot the productive system using a monitoring solution based on distributed logging, tracing, and metrics.
• You enjoy transferring knowledge to other team members.

Your qualifications and skills

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience. If you like encountering technical challenges, you are the one we’re seeking for.
• You have several years of experience in software development in C# and .NET Core.
• You have already used Entity Framework Core and developed services with ASP.NET Core.
• You already have experience with the development of distributed systems and their monitoring, e.g. with Grafana, Prometheus and ElasticSearch.
• You are familiar with API design (knowledge about OpenApi specification is a plus) and like to coordinate with others about it.
• You have already developed and implemented designs for relational as well as non-relational storage solutions.
• It is also helpful if you have experience with CI/CD with Azure DevOps Server, Kubernetes and Docker.
• You have a good command of English.
• Most important for us: you are enthusiastic about diversity in topics and technologies and, as a communicative team player, you are always motivated to find clever and efficient solutions to problems.
