Your mission
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic corporate marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will develop and manage marketing programs that align with our go-to-market strategy across multiple regions. The ideal candidate possesses a robust background in product marketing, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to create and execute marketing strategies that support our international growth objectives.
- Lead on content and campaign development and execution for product launches.
- Creation of compelling messaging and positioning that emphasizes business value and connects with target audiences throughout the buying journey.
- Creation and execution of customer base communications and marketing programs to upsell and cross-sell into our large base of international customers.
- Collaboration with corporate and local marketing teams using data to create and improve strategies that drive traffic to content, optimizing marketing funnels.
- Collaboration with other teams to plan events, webinars, and support paid and social media promotion.
- Creation and execution of multi-touch, multi-platform content strategies that drive product interest and adoption with relevant target audiences.
- Monitoring of competitive landscape to define product positioning and refining USPs.
- Work with marketing teams to develop sales tools, collateral, training materials, and demos.
- Build and maintain a strong collaborative partnership with product management, engineering, sales, marketing, and other functions across the business.
- Develop comprehensive user/buyer personas based on market research and product/industrial knowledge.
Your profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a product marketing role, preferably within B2B SaaS and/or Transport & Logistics sectors.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics and Hubspot or others preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on ROI/advantages of programs & investments.
- Growth mindset – someone who is not afraid to think big and take on calculated risks.
Company: PTV Logistics GmbH
Location: Karlsruhe area or hybrid role in Germany; other locations in Europe; travel expected.
Working hours: 40h/week.
