Overview
As an Information Security Specialist, you support ISMS operations for banking clients and help maintain regulatory-aligned security controls. You work with cross-functional teams to implement security policies, document processes, and perform risk assessments. You’ll contribute to ongoing ISMS improvements, threat analysis, and the definition of target security measures. This role offers a hands-on chance to shape security governance within a regulated financial environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Organize and maintain the ISMS task backlog with clarity and traceability
- Independently execute defined security tasks using ISMS tools and methods
- Support embedding security requirements into daily operations for operational teams
- Collaborate with the Information Security Officer to align priorities and deliverables
- Contribute to ISMS process improvements, including requirements management and threat analysis
- Develop and apply target security measures and security concepts
- Perform target-versus-actual analyses and support risk assessments and risk treatment
- Prepare and maintain high-quality ISMS reporting and documentation in line with regulatory standards
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Professional experience in security/risk management, information governance, incident management, auditing of information systems and processes
- Proficiency in German at fluent level (C2)
- At least one recognized information security certification (e.g., CRISC, CISM, CISA, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor, CISSP, T.I.S.P., IT-Grundschutz) with verifiable status
