As a Murex Architect, you will define and govern enterprise-scale Murex architectures across programs, aligning front-to-back processes with the bank and asset management domains. You’ll lead big transformation initiatives, drive technology choices, and ensure delivery quality in complex environments. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, sustainable solutions. - Define and govern the Murex architecture landscape across programs and platforms to ensure consistency and scalability
- Drive architectural decisions, set standards for Murex implementations and broader transformation efforts
- Lead front-to-back transformation programs, owning end-to-end solution delivery across distributed teams
- Oversee cross-framework integration with robust documentation and governance
- Translate strategic solutions into structured designs guiding agile implementation teams
- Lead go-live strategies and post-go-live stabilization, including change and test governance
- Evolve CI/CD architectures and DevOps practices for global delivery efficiency
- Drive delivery model innovation with automation, cloud adoption, and advanced tooling
- Establish governance for risk management in Murex environments aligned with standards
- Mentor senior technical teams to ensure architectural consistency across the org
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Extensive hands-on Murex experience with MXML, Datamart, pre/post-trade processing, market data, and related domains
- Proven ability to define and govern large-scale Murex architectures with data models like MXML Exchange and Datamart
- Experience consolidating multi-instance Murex landscapes in enterprise settings
- Strong DB skills (T-SQL/PL-SQL), Unix/Linux, shell scripting, plus multiple programming languages
- Experience leading large transformation programs (greenfield, migrations, platform consolidation)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management to influence at senior levels
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and modernization strategies
- Automation of operational processes and DevOps/CI-CD practices using Bitbucket, Jira, Jenkins, ServiceNow, Automic, Autosys
- Murex batch configuration, EOD processing, and platform optimization
- Experience with Murex upgrades/migrations (3.1.36+) is a plus
- Knowledge of capital markets and IT service management disciplines
