Responsibilities
- Independently manage large scale and high‑complexity social media campaigns for clients, develop creative ideas and bring them to life.
- Collaborate with Strategy and other internal services while communicating with clients and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Identify procedural and functional challenges, develop solutions and improve productivity, efficiency and alignment across teams.
- Analyze trends, prepare internal and external reports and contribute to strategic decision making.
- Consistently bring creative and innovative approaches that drive Pulse’s business forward.
- Take accountability for performance, lead your own team and support its continued development while shaping the strategic direction of the influencer marketing department.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the social media field, including a minimum of 3 years in influencer marketing.
- Strong analytical and strategic decision‑making skills and enjoy working with numbers.
- Love both project management and emotional storytelling.
- True team player with a strong hands‑on mentality.
- Approach new challenges with a positive attitude and know how to motivate your team.
- Fluent in German and English.
